TrustMark Membership

TrustMark is the UK's only Government Endorsed Quality Scheme for trades that operate in and around the home. It aims to give you the confidence that the business you employ will undertake the work, ensure it is high quality, and deliver it at the agreed costs. We joined the Scheme via our membership with the Federation of Master Builders.
What does it mean to you?
This means our business has been through:
-
Thorough checks - including credit checks and director checks;
-
Trading Standards checks, including unfair trading practices, consumer complaints or any instances of a business not adhering to their commitment to our Code of Conduct and Customer Charter.
-
Quality assessed. The quality of our work has been independently inspected on-site.
-
Financial Safeguards. We can offer you a contract and an insurance policy to guarantee our work, even if we stop trading.
-
Consumer protection. We agree to abide by the FMB and TrustMark Code of Conduct to be accountable for good standards.
-
If something goes wrong, you can access the Federation of Master Builders free and impartial dispute resolution service.

This offers you greater peace of mind as each member of the FMB must meet its strict entry criteria and is monitored continually.
